I understand your feelings. But looking at the track 24 information you posted in respect of the 3 orders, there's nowhere it says "Arrived destination country" on each of the tracking. So, you can't conclude that your order is/was in Nipost's custody. Remember that there was nationwide lock down last year. So, those orders might not even get to the country at all. Moreover, in a situation like that, it's your responsibility to open despute immediately the Buyers Protection Period expires, and upload relevant tracking evidences in order to claim your refund . Most of the time, newbies fail in this aspect, not that they want to, but because they are ignorant of the fact that they need to open desputes at the expiration of BPP. Some don't even know that BPP is attached to their orders (it happened to a friend). They forget about the order's information and focus their minds on receiving phone calls from Nipost. At the end of the day, before they realize it, the order is closed. Eventually, such people will come on board to say that they've been cheated. Well, I assume you got your refund from Aliexpress. If you did, fine. If not, then the fault is yours.

Ordered an item last year April ( an airdot with the silicon case ) more than 100days i didn't get the item but i was refunded then i had to buy one locally here and forgot about it. Last week Friday, i was texted by the P.O that i have a parcel to collect. Being suprised, i went to a tracking site to check and to my utmost surprise, it was the package. It spent 256days in transit. Yesterday i went to receive it but i was shocked to only see the silicon case there. The main airdot was missen. The bag used in packaging it had been opened and was celotaped thereafter. I contacted the seller and he said when he sent the package there wasn't any tape on the bag that someone might have stolen the package. The person that did this thing eh, God will punish you o. You should have taken the whole bag. Though i have been refunded long ago, i feel for the seller.

Are you sure you ordered the whole package and not the earbud's case? Cause some people would order only case believing they had ordered both case and earbuds. And most Aliexpress sellers don't take their time to explain to the seller that this is only case you are ordering. I have seen lots of comments on Aliexpress. A guy was lamenting that he ordered a watch and the seller sent only a strap .

I looked at the product page and saw that the seller didn't depict well that he was only selling the watch strap and not the real smart watch. Instead of the seller to show only strap in the picture he was showing the smart watch with it so a lot of people got confused and ordered the rubber strap thinking they had ordered a smart watch

I think that's what happened to you. You only ordered earbud's case thinking you ordered the whole package

I think this is what you ordered below. Always take time to check those products well and chat the seller before ordering. I don't think a Nipost official stole your earbuds.

Yanwen and cainao......they don't take them serious like AliExpress standard shipping.....rem I said a week or two after arriving at lagos


My yanwen order arrived on 31st of January....I got a call yesterday to pick it up.....just N200 .... sometimes it's free

If truly your phone arrived in Lagos, both nigerian post and the shipping company will update the tracking. Even if you feel that nigerian post officials stole your goods, they can't stop the other shipping company from updating the tracking that goods arrived destination country because they handed over the goods to nigerian post. That's why sometimes AESS will tell you when your goods arrived your country. This step is crucial because if it truly arrived Nigeria, winning a dispute might be difficult as AliExpress can't be giving out free money. Sites that track all shipping companies associated with your tracking number like postal ninja will update that goods arrived destination from all tracking companies involved.

As I said earlier am not denying order theft here.I had an experience similar to yours last year. I ordered a USB type C charging Cable which showed "arrived destination country" after a couple of weeks but I didn't see the order. The BPP expired yet I didn't open despute because I know that Aliexpress would rule against me. Instead, I decided to order another Cable which arrived a few weeks later. As I type this, am yet to see the former cable. Was it stolen? Was it returned to country of origin or it got lost after arriving destination country? All these are questions that one would ask in such a situation. But I've never thought of it being stolen because it's an item of little monetary value and therefore won't be useful for the thief.

Obviously there are some bad eggs within the system, sorry about your experience. But with evidence like this you can petition the Post Master's office & Warri PO so that it gets investigated & resolved, else the circle will continue.

Alternatively I'll advice you change delivery address so item gets sent to another PO. If the 5 plus phones that didn't get delivered but they all arrived, were all sent to same area then it means someone or group of persons in that district are pilfering the packages

I'll like to recommend Yanwen Economic Air Mail to those ordering small items, I always get my items whenever I choose Yanwen. And they take roughly 3 weeks to arrive Nigeria.
