Dis is wat my mtn (Sim 1) is showing me since morning. I have restarted my phone, even removed the sim and also switch Sim slots. Yet the problem persist. Pls is it only me or anyone else is also experiencing dis? 1 Like

Happens to me atimes, mine indicates sim failure, have to reboot my fone wen it happens. |

Mine started since last week to the extent I had to buy an itel small phone to see what happens.... But nothing it's still the same... It's really disturbing me |

Clean the sim very well on your clothing and put it back in. |

That was how my sim stopped working since January, I had to complain on twitter and they told me to reboot, to place the sim very well, to scratch the sim panel, nothing worked, I went to ICM mtn slot, I was told to retrieve the sim that it is damage, since then I've been without the line, hoping to retrieve it when the time is right |

Same with me since late December. Not been able to get a full solution. I use an Umidigi phone, but when i tried it on a Samsung galaxy s7 it worked on it and also on particular Nokia torch light phone, but other phones no way. |

NaijaBoy213: Experienced same since Mid December last year, called customer care, complained online all to no avail, I was told to go and do SIM replacement, I have been to two of their offices, no network to do the SIM replacement, till now, the SIM is still in the phone, but no network, and I just upgraded the SIM to 4G around September last year oooh. |
