I applied mid-month October last year and I haven't even get either email or text from there office.yesterday I input my bvn on the loan application platform still telling me have not been train, please I don't know maybe you have any information about those that should have receive but are yet to receive text from them. I can't log in to my portal, my application was successful

How long does the verification mail take to arrive pls. Was awake all night trying the resend verification token link. A few was successful after many hours of trying. Yet, there is no mail from them in my inbox

Finally, I submitted. This application requires lots and lots of patience.

At the last phase of submission, when I clicked on the submit button, I encountered d usual error message..now I refreshed ,usually you would see an option of "continue application" but this time it didn't show on my dashboard. If I click on offer letter it says sorry your loan hasn't been approved... Abeg am I safe? Does it mean it submitted successfully? All those who has submitted,were you sent an email to that affect...abeg who has answers mk e answer me oo...lemme know where to face.E nor easy,na 1 leg I take stand so biko
