Kudos to the girls, but none of the team's post a good challenge to the super falcons. But is good anyway for the team after a long while of not playing together.

-Chidinma Okeke still got that vision that we saw from her at the WC vs Korea where she sent a long pass into Oshoala's path who did the rest and finished brilliantly.

Today, we saw a deja vu of the connection for Oshoala's third goal of the game. Okeke picking out Oshoala with a long pass from deep in the right wing. Oshoala running on to it, controlling, driving it forward and finishing quite simply.

-On Toni Payne, she was so good. I must say it wasn't just for this game. Against Uzbekistan, I also saw her pull off some nice passes into the paths of some of other forwards but we kinda squandered them. She's quickly settling into the side and beginning to show her stuff. A real baller.

Her finishing, her vision and her ball skills are excellent additions to this already dominant Falcons side.

- Monday Gift. A baller for now and the future. Loving her touches. And it's interesting seeing her versatility too. Was upfront and missed a very good chance although she was challenged badly in the process but she took her goal really well. Fine player with both feet. It's little wonder she made Goal's NXGN list of Best top 10 young female ballers from 2020. FC Robo is giving Nigeria another one. From Oshoala to Ajibade and now to Gift.

- Mostly positives from the game and the Guineans were all over the place and being too physical at times. It's a good thing no one got serious injury coz they really fouled our girls. One of the falcons lasses dorning number 15 especially collected quite some fouls from the Guineans one of which got them sent off in the dying mins. Dem wan kill that Babe no be small. grin

- Guinea was easy opposition but Our falcons should have had more. We missed some chances especially in the second half that should be buried when up against tougher oppositions. We gotta be more ruthless. But again, I will cut them enough slack because this is their first gathering after a long while so it's expected we see some technical blemishes and flaws. This team will get better and Africa will have to do a lot more to stop the Falcons from bagging another AWCON.

Next game is against the Moroccan side, A two Leg fixture. Let's see what the Superfalcons would look like against the Moroccan side that has been active for a while now...

Morocco is being coached by the Two-time Women's Champions League winner Reynald Pedros with Lyon..
