If you are referring to M.Sc. Public Health, there are no NOUN past questions because the department is yet to conduct any exams in the programme.

I don't even know what I am, because MSC public health didn't partake in the last exam, even when we did all the TMAs but we were not scheduled for the exams, so my question is, am I a returning student or a new student,

Hello sir, I was at Lagos study center today to submit my project topic, I picked it in my semester but I was told I have to pass research in methodology first which is a second semester course that I just registered before taking my project. Please is this how it’s done, because I know of some people in other study centers who are yet to take that course and they have been assigned supervisors. Please quick response will be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, by NOUN standard, it is required you pass Research Methods before doing project. Some Study Centres however don't comply with this.
