DRDO Uttam AESA Fire Control Radar installed for testing on a Hawker 800 commercial aircraft converted into a flying testbed with a modified nose.

Half of recently ordered LCA MK1A will be fitted with Uttam AESA radar.

Additionally 2 LCA aircrafts are already flying with the Uttam radar for tests.

IIRC,its armour was tested in Israel in the early 90s! By now there should be an Arjun 3 with a 140 or 150 mm gun and UGV version for combat.

Vertebrae ?

That is add on armour for combat helmet .

They provide additional protection in addition to the protection provided by the helmet.

All standalone combat helmets have padding etc inside to reduce blunt force trauma incase the helmet gets hit.

Though it is best not to get hit at all , probability of blunt force trauma is considerable.

Rest I don't know, I heard they are working on FMBT but problem is few of the generals in the armoured core of IA. They are let's say trying to play spoilsport for whatever reasons best known to them.
