But "flame mignon" is wrong cause the noun (flame) is feminine while the adjective (mignon) is masculine. The correct expression is "flame mignonne". You probably didn't realize the spelling difference cause the pronunciations are similar, but the feminine adjective emphasizes the ending /n/ sound while it's masculine version nasalizes it.
