In agriculture, Tares and wheats look alike, most people will nit know the difference. Likewise,in the church, those who claim they are believers( tares) will mix with the real believers( wheat).

The servants represent the angels.

The master is jesus.

At the end of world as Christian believes, jesus christ will seperate the pretenders from the true Christian through his angels.

Lesson.

1. Both evil and good people will be in the church or in the society, that is the reality of life.

Imagine someone who claims to believe in Jesus Christ living in complete fear of the night/dark, stating that evil then, even going to the extent of advising folks not to even sleep at night. Does that not sound like a tortured mind of sorts?
How can such a one claim to have any part in the peace of Jesus Christ when He can't even get a good nights sleep?

Those who are still in the world sleep peacefully through the night and wake up to God's mercy and compassion every day. Why then is it that those of you who pretend you belong to God live in fear of being attacked when you sleep? Think!

Christians like their Lord, are not promised easy ride in this world. For they are citizens of heaven

That you are not promised an easy ride is no reason for you to create unnecessary suffering and torment for yourslf pretending that you do it for God's sake.

In this parable, like many others, you are not told that sleeping was a fault or mistake on the part of those who slept. Matter of fact, if you consider other parable examples (eg. Parable of 10 virgins), "sleeping" is used to mean they died in this world but are instead are sleeping in their graves, waiting to be resurrected when Jesus Christ finally returns.

Jesus Christ never commanded His followers to create undue suffering for His glory. No, problems will come at you without you even moving a finger, and rather than panic, depriving yourself of sleep by worrying unnecessarily, He instead says you should rest in Him, trusting that He will guide you through it all -all you have to do is continue to Trust and Obey Him in all-wise. He abides with and in those who submit to Him and obey His commandments.
