Hello everyone, I have been faced with this challenge for about 3 months now. Before now I used to make a recurrent payment with my Stanbic Ibtc naira Master card to my merchant, but since January I been finding it difficult to make payment. Whenever I make an attempt, The response I would get from PayPal is that my transaction has been decline, that I should contact my bank. I have open a domiciliary account with Stanbic Ibtc and have linked my card, but I'm still getting the same response. I have also opened a GTB naira account and got their naira Master card, the problem still persist. Please is there anyone that have made payment recently with there MasterCard and with which bank.

Don't get me wrong. I solve a lot of problems for free. That does not mean I should go public with the freebies. Also, when solving problems, I may ask for specific details which the user might not want to give out in public. In that case, there is need for a one-on-one interaction.
