Subsequently, l decided to chat with a customer service representative a woman for that matter who later scammed me of the money that's not even mine.

I have not yet lost hope o! But want whoever already have crypto-currencies or cash in the Roqqu account should go right now and withdraw your fund or cash. Else your your money and cryptos are all gone forever. Finally never do business with Roqqu again for life!!!

If roqqu is not a scam they should stop acting like one; my crypto has been missing on their website for 10 days, I've opened a support ticket and sent them multiple emails yet nothing, I've also comented on this thread, I've been completely ignored. Ten days! Which responsible exchange treats it's customers like that? I had seen this thread before I made the transaction, I just believed that since I was only transferring crypto and not selling, my case would be different. Now I regret not heeding the OP's warning. Not only was I not able to complete the transaction the crypto was originally meant for, I've also lost my crypto and their support can't be reached, what does this say about them?

Help me out I am having issues on Roqqu, I made withdrawal since May 3rd and I haven’t been credited, I sent mails and chat but after sending my bank statement and proves that I made withdrawal and it wasn’t reflecting in my bank account no one responds again.

I wish I read about ROQQU before transacting, I wouldn’t have used the app.
