Naturally the majority of Urhobo's resent PDP, they've mostly played opposition to PDP as they've supported massively the person of Great Ogboru over the years. That's just at the governorship level though. So it's not like they're against Sheriff really, it's just that they're more with Agege who's been in the opposition. I mean a 2 term senator from the opposition in a PDP governed state is no mean feat.

Both are from the Delta Central and Agege is already tested there. Sheriff will rely heavily on the massive support of Okowa and the blessings of Ibori. Bur as far as Delta politics is concerned, Agege no be Sheriff mate, not even close on every aspect. The only thing that may work for sheriff now is that he has the state's treasury at his disposal via his boss..

Back to the topic, it's going to be a really tough battle between Agege and Sheriff. Agege might be in the opposition but he's no pushover in Delta politics. PDP may be in charge of the state but Agege has got some juice being DSP and also being loyal to the government at the center. Sheriff and Agege both have Street credibility both Agege is madder sha, plus more intelligent and is on par with Sheriff's direct boss, Okowa..

APC might just pull a surprise in Delta State and the people will love it because PDP has held sway since 99 with very little or nothing to show for it, the people have been in bondage of some real powerful and greedy people who just share money and nothing else. We need deliverance.

I live in Akure and I work for NIEPA (National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration) has a CBT programmer. Sometimes in 2019, I got transfered to the institution's office in Ondo so I had to rent a 3 bedroom apartment somewhere in town. Because the institute does not have an office space available for me yet, they allowed me to work from home most times. Everything was fine until 6 months later when SARS came to my house one early morning. They came in commando style that day, first they said they got informatoon that I was the one supplying guns to the thieves in the town. I was shocked. They searched my whole house and took me away. My wife was so shocked that she almost had a heart attack.
Long story short, they let me go after a whole day when they couldn't find anything incriminating on me, my laptop or phone.
Here is the point of all these. 3 months after the incident, the landlord's association in my area held the monthly meeting at my house (my own landlord does not live there) they used my living room. The meeting got out of hand and they started fighting each other over money. As a tenant, I was not allowed in the meeting even though they were using my living room but suddenly I heard one of them say "That's how you go and report this innocent man to Police because you say he doesn't greet you." at first, I didn't know they were talking about me, then the person that said it called me, Bros, bros, it is this thief that told police to come to your house that day! Lo and behold, it was the chairman of association of landlords that sold me out to SARS cos he felt I was too proud just because I have seen him a few times and I drove past him without greeting him.
Funny part is, I didn't even know he was the chairman until that day.
My wife was in the bedroom, she came out and scattered everywhere with shouting. I wanted to press charges but begging was too much that day and he may simply deny it.

Your story made me laugh, Lol. I mean, it's a serious story but also funny especially with regards to how the truth came out.
