Fishing for what?!. Some of you are just too darn pessimistic. A lot worse than White people when it comes to doing business in Nigeria with Nigerians. If you have chosen to be buried in the West, good for you. It's your right. But do not discourage those who are looking for ways to invest in Nigeria, but need assistance.

From your comments, I can see that you are totally crippled with fear of losing your money. Please KEEP IT.

Ask your self is your shithole Nigeria even business environment friendly?
We can see how companies are folding up
No stable electricity
Internet war
You can’t even travel to another state
Nah bandit go kill you for road
Like I don’t even know what is wrong with you people
Stay in your Nigeria allow people abroad to enjoy themselves
If they check now you don’t even have 200k in your account
You cannot even build. House
Cos that useless country called Nigeria no hope there

If you apply a little common sense, you will see that most of the commentators in support of staying in Nigeria and making here have all traveled outside Nigeria at one time or another. Most are actually returnees.

This has nothing to do with jealousy. Some of us cannot stand the daily life in the West. Coupled with the total lack of respect for black Africans.

Will you keep-quite
Many of them Their one corner room in abule egba dissing about abroad
Ordinary passport they do not have
Nonsense no be only travel and come Back
All the comments reeks of jealousy

Before traveling abroad, get a skill. You must be ready to work your ass off for your money. There is no free money on the street or on the tree. Forget about what people tell you. When you finally leave, you will have cause to have a rethink. Don't fall from frying pan into fire. Never you go to any country with visiting visa with the hope of hustling or staying back. If you are selling your property to come abroad as a student and think of making it, that is the joke of the year. Your 20 hours a week job, the salary will only be enough to pay house rent, tax, bus and train ticket and feed. If is work visa, I will tell you to travel but be rest assured that you must work for your money. A bird at hand worth more than 9 in the Bush. Many people abroad are waiting for Peter Obi to win election next year to start relocating back to Nigeria. Use your tongue and count your teeth.

So it is Nigeria here people are not working their ass hahahaha
I really pity you people comparing abroad to your shit hole make una Dey console us selves as una no see money travel

Food / Re: What Cheaper Food Can I Buy Instead Of Rice? by Remnita(f): 10:02pm On Nov 05, 2022
lovediehatelive:
Hi, with the growing price of rice, things don't seem to be cheap and eating rice would take much from one's earnings.

The unfortunate flood stories on frontpage and also increase in price of rice is worrisome, but man must survive.

I remember the time I used to buy spaghetti and hardly use rice. But one thing led to the other and the price of spaghetti increased and I was forced to look for alternative, and had to resort to rice because it was cheaper then.

Now same rice is increasing in price, what food would you suggest should be used to replace rice based on cost.

Nah so una go Dey continue to dey suffer for that useless country called Nigeria
I really pity any youth wasting his/her time in that shit hole

You got it, the problem is our leaders, both old and young, from Obasanjo to Tinubu to Atiku to Obi and the rest. Only if they can love this country with all their hearts, instead of stashing funds meant for developments abroad.

You dey wait for government you go old
No go find money comot for that useless country that has no single hope for youths

I knew where I started in 2015 and where I'm today with no tangible assistance from anyone or government. They should just provide basic amenities, stamp out corruption and provide little assistance to those who need support to grow

So it's going to be my 39th birthday next year and I still don't have one Kobo in my bank account. Still under my parents roof and no job. In a scale of 1 to 10, what are my chances of making it in life?

That is Nigeria for you
That is why always tell the youths do whatever you can do to leave that country!

My brother Germany is a good country, no racism like other European countries. Succeeding there or Anywhere depends on your contact ( follow who know road) and grace. You can run street, do legit work or business. It's not a country that people will tell you there is no work. I have seen someone that have lived in Spain for 15years, still no apartment of his own ( still squatting with friends) but when he managed to help his younger one to come over: after like 2 years the younger one rented an apartment for him.

You have said it all
Follow who know road, you will enjoy Europe
