Business / Re: ||SCAM ALERT!!! Don't Be A Victim||*UPDATES ON PAGES 1-7* by richkids1(m): 9:15pm On Nov 28, 2018
I wouldn't want to even agree or disagree with whatever the person who started this thread had in mind. What I believe is, we always need to settle some matters amicably before we jumped into calling out names in a bad manner.

Coming to the world wide web to call someone out as a scammer when you know he or she is still having an agreement with you behind the scene is not ideal.

Let's always think about the future impact of our actions.

I know this boy called Victor Baribor, not yesterday or last year.

If he did something like that, you can easily nail him down and collect your money if you think he is running from you.

I'd recommend you two should settle this matter amicably and stop spoiling each other's business name and even posting person pictures when you are sure you could still get your money without fight.

I hate scammers, I can not stand them too but he came here publicly to accept the fact that he owes you money.

That's a good thing and an assurance that your money never get lost.

So get yourself together and make up.

Properties / Re: Don't Be A Victim. Investigate Every Property Before You Buy Any Land This Year by richkids1(m): 9:45am On May 08, 2018
Thank you Omonile Lawyer. I appreciate your efforts in writing this.

We have a case on ground that we'd love you to help us out on.

https://www.nairaland.com/4492910/scam-alert-higherlife-royal-gardens

Would you be so kind to give your advice on how these people would be able to get their money back from the company called HigherLife Consult that's selling Royal Gardens estate scam in Ibadan?

lawyer:
Hi Everyone! 2009 and 2010 was great for so many reasons because i made people finally realise they have the power to determine how they buy property before throwing away their hard earned money. Personally i feel very very fulfilled that i did my best to help a lot of Nairalanders search properties and recommend the ones that are valid and the ones that have so many hidden problems that by the time you purchase it, you end up having more headaches than when you previously didnt buy any land. I was doing my calculation yesterday and i realised i have turned down almost N165Million worth of properties that were advertised to be sold to intending purchasers that had so many hidden scruples that the agents and omoniles wont tell you till you commit your money and then its from frying pan to fire. smiley

For the avoidance of doubt for First Time Property/Land Buyers or New Nairaland Property Viewers and Readers  who dont know what a property search is, it means before you buy any land or property whatso ever in any form or shape where ever, you have to know the validity of it.

Lagos in particular is so notorious when it comes to sale of property or land that have so many fraudulent defects surrounding that land/ property that you wont even know what has hit you. These set of people are known as the Omoniles, land grabbers or land touts.

Omoniles naturally should mean owners of the original land which includes the original family that truthfully inherited the property from their fore fathers that has passed down to them. But the real problem comes when there are so many members of the family that are divided in terms of claiming ownership of the lands and how the land truthfully devolved to them. Before you know it, a property that is meant to be shared by a family of 3 to claim ownership is now being contested by the brother in law, the aunty, the great grand uncle relatives etc and thats when they begin to employ touts going around to masquerade as the original owners with the right to sell and after you fall victim of their sweet tongues and coercion, you realise that you bought from the wrong family or the wrong set of people who have no right to sell the land to you and you would be confronted by the original owners  when you have started building half way and forced to cough out another payment to the real owners or be thrown out of the land. Trust me this scourge is very very real and 65% of lands in lagos have this problem one way or the other.

The other way your being decieved is by telling you the genuiness of the property comes from a set of documents. Those set of documents include either a survey plan, a deed of assignment, a certificate of occupancy, government allocation letter, government gazette or governors consent.

They will show you all manners of papers to make you believe them instantly and start pointing to different houses around there that has been built by one commissioner or one Minister or one big man and that their houses are still standing without any government wahala. What they want you to do is to instantly believe them and pay money to them immediately. One thing you can be rest assured is that, once you pay money to an Omonile, you will never ever ever get a refund of that money. Its gone and in some cases its in your front they will start sharing the money.

Dont ever ever fall for that trick. Always demand for what ever documents they have. I will point out the importance of each document to know the relevance of it and why it shouldn't be taken for granted.

Properties / Scam Alert!!! Higherlife & Royal Gardens Estate Scandal In Ibadan by richkids1(m): 9:35am On May 08, 2018
There has been different report of scams going on in the real estate industry for years but of recent, the trending ones are the well packaged monthly payment schemes orchestrated by some of the Nigerian real estate firms. Of recent, after the success of some notable brands in this space, some newbies have entered the market with fake promises and poor customer service. All they are after is to gather as much as possible from innocent Nigerians and never deliver...or even try to outsmart them as time goes on.

One of such is HIGHERLIFE CONSULT LTD, they are the perpetrator of the popular ROYAL GARDENS ESTATE SCANDAL at Ajibode/Laaniba in Ibadan. The estate was on sale for 600,000 on a subscription based program.

As of now, the larger proportion of subscribers haven't been allocated and they are even threatening that they wont refund all subscribers. This is because the area has appreciated pretty well beyond their expectations. And right now they are trying to be too hard on the subscribers thinking they can easily just do anything without being questioned.

Here's what one of the subscribers have to say:

I can't believe I could be scammed in this country by a any Nigerian company until now. A lot of my friends are affected by the unimaginable Highlerlife scam.

I received the shock of my life when I visited their office yesterday with intent to collect my receipt and proper documents to my plot of land. On the 9th of February, they issued a letter to hasten the payment by extending the month till April 30th.

But unfortunately, when I got to their office, the lady I met told me the letter of extension I receive on the 9th of february was a mistake that am expected to pay the new price at 1.5million naira.

Personally, am not willing to opt for refund and loose 25%, neither am I interested in accepting land from another location, or even pay the new price.

I want Nigerians to hear about this so as not to fall victim of this devilish HIGHERLIFE CONSULT and ROYAL GARDENS ESTATE scam because they still have more of this scams perpetuated in many other locations of this country. When you hear HigherLife consult or Royal Gardens estate by HigherLife consult, run for the future of your children because they are just after your money. They have no land for sale in any part of the country because if they do, they'd have given us our land after making 600k, 800k and 900k respectively. They lack the fear of God and human feelings and you should not do anything with them hence you will be like us very soon.

- John

Another person here is saying the same:

I also received the same shock after paying up on the 27th of April, only to be told that the extension letter was a mistake. I think we need to put them on social media to alert the public to this scam. More people just not pay to this company. They are not reliable and trustworthy.

- Emmanuel

I am really sad to hear all these coming from people who have for once in their life had a dream of owning their land properties but for their dreams to be shattered by these people without the fear of God.

Nigerians, please come to our rescue and save us from HigherLife Consult.

NB: I AM ALSO ONE OF THE SUBSCRIBERS OF THIS PLAN.

They are legitimate. Not a scam but it is not that they employ you my brother. Don't let those foreign people lie to you by promising you employment. It is your own business kind of a thing.

You can even visit their website to http://allianceinmotionnigeria.com/ or ask question from the management.

emma1st:
Their products are selling rapidly outside there, therefore, they can't collapse.
That those who are below are using their money for those who are on top, I disagree with that because you register and purchase market that you can sell and have your money back even if you don't want to further. AIM Global will not collect money from you at the same time faile to give you market.
@op, people can destroy anything. Those that are condemning AIM Global, they suppose to share their experience with this company. If they don't have, then why condemnation? Pls, it's a legitimate business! I joined them September 1st this year, they gave me #39,900 on the day of my registration. 5 days after, I registered both my wife and 2 other people and they gave me another #60,800. #100,700 within a week. Meanwhile, I don't join initially because of money, but because I have been selling their products through the person who registered me, that mean their products are working well. You can pm me to see my prove. Pls, don't listen to the crowd.

Travel / BONNY ISLAND - Where Can I Board A Ship Going There? by richkids1(m): 6:53pm On Mar 14, 2016
I've learnt over the past few days in my researches that Bonny Island cannot be linked through the road like the Victoria Island or the Lagos island except through the air or via the water.

I know of the airport from the Port Harcourt International airport to Bonny Island but not of the ferry system.

So, my question is, where is the sea port or the ferry port where one can go for boarding?

Please your responses are highly needed.

Thanks

Many people are not just sure of the exponential results they could be making with this industry. I joined Alliance In Motion (AIM Global) last year, after months of rejecting the offer, right now I have traveled, made a lot of money to cater for my family and also reach out to the needy. I am now offering the opportunity to the rest of the world.

This industry is the best because it helps you work less and earn more.

If you anybody wants to get a clarity about this business concept or you want to be personally mentored for success, call or whatsapp me 08166196130.

I will guide you for free.

You have a goldmine in your hand. Just try to maximize the opportunity to get it into the right person's hand and get good money for it. I can't specify a price but I know these domain names rock!

aydj:
@All, i have these names for sale...

1) SheSales.com (won from an auction)
2) GlobalOilNews.com
3) BigdataMatrix.com (The first of my registered names and the one I like the least) grin
4) OilfieldHauler.com
5) ShalePatch.com

What do you think of these names and how much would you be willing to pay if you were to buy (or willing to sell if you own them)? Your comments will be taken serious and put to use. Thanks!
