The eligible programs to study and go with your dependants are courses with level 7 upward like postgraduate diploma, postgraduate certificate, Masters degree and PhD and it should be 9 months upward.

Thank you@rokana,I am most grateful for your timely response,pls the duration of the post graduate diploma on the offer letter is 6months,(Jan 23rd-June 9th).Though on the school's website,it says one year.Its a full time course(Biomedical Science with specialty in clinical microbiology).The tuition fee is 12k with 4k deposit. Pls should I take the offer? putting in mind pgwp,taking dependants along and etc.Thanks.

You can go for it. Postgraduate diploma is 120 credit while master degree is 180 credit. The only deference is dissertation which is 60 credit. Postgraduate diploma is also level 7 and you can go with your dependant.
