The reason many people give for supporting jungle justice is that the suspects are often
freed by the court. Again, these same people don't care about false allegations in such cases.

There was a thread about a man who spent decades in jail but was later freed. Surprisingly, these
activists are nowhere to be found on the thread to cry and lament about false accusations because his allege offence was not related to rape.

But immediately there is a news about a rape case, these crowd go into overdrive and starts to
convulse about "false accusations". They dive deep into conspiracies of the victim lying, or just
wicked or a setup.
We are told stories of how the posters or their family suffers similar "false allegations".

It makes one wonder what triggers the unhinged response to rape cases. Guilty conscience?

I think out of 1,000 rape accusations against men, only one or two of such accusations would be false. Often times, men are always guilty of the rape' they are accused' of. Check the crime' section, and you will see the number of rape cases which some guilty men confessed to, and you will know that truly majority of men are rapist'. Men are not endangered specie. However, I feel that false accusations should carry at least 5yrs imprisonment, because I cannot understand how a man could be accused of rape, and he is unable to provide enough concrete evidence to prove his innocence.

As for the story above, I believe the guy might have been guilty, but has been able to get off the hook through bribe or something. Let me read the threads all over again.

Recently my male friend was being threatening by a colleague for false rape, this made him very depressed, scared and angry because she is blackmailing him he eventually opened up to me about it and I told him to call her, record their conversation of which she was still threatening him that she will accuse him falsely of rape for reasons I can't disclose here

So we got strong evidence against her false claims and I am a witness!

So my questions is what is the best punishment for false rape accusers, is there any law in the Constitution for these?

Based on all the stories i read on a thread yesterday, this guy may just be a victim of false rape accusation. Only a fool will attempt this in the church where people can come in at anytime.

Forget about what the police said about his confession, NPF can beat any confession they want out of a suspect.

A proper investigation should be carried out and if found culpable should be punished severely, because its also possible that an innocent life is about to be ruined.

Lean to draw lines especially when you are single. There is something that gives you this kind of heartache pains when you are wrongfully accused of something you stand against and it's even more painful when no one wants to hear you out.
