epainos:my bad in not explaining some areas properly ND didn't read ur question properly Ur question on private farmland estate Answer is govt policy on private farmland estate .that will guide an estate company on buying from communities and doing layout ND selling to buyers You ask how to find buyers for farmland Though advertisement, on social media, radios.though they will have their own website You ask on investigative journalism on fertilizer racketeering. Answer once u have farmland estate companies is to asked them the tenant farmers off camera. Whether fertilizer where govt say it has detribute to farmers reach them About Agro brokerage firms in which u asked about in regard to finding buyers Answer they are the best options a good Agro brokerage firms partners with registered brokers in Europe, Asia ND USA. With a policy on private farmland estate it makes it more easier how Give example there will two kind of farmland estate one will be general farming of crops farmland estate another will be specialized farmland estate Let say there are farmland estate that only give farms to those that grow cocoa only. There terms ND continue. E go dey easy for govt ND brokerage firms. And for mass production Such system (food chain) no dey na me dey kill agric sector. Our govt sometimes incompetence pple full their ministries I agree with u on Israeli in regard to our climate that why I said Israeli ND Europeans though Israeli are still very good agric innovators. They invented drip irrigation system, farming in the desert. On dangote, nigerian breweries I was referring to managers .because na white dey manage his company U MAY BE GOOD IN AGRO BUSSINESS BUT THAT SECTOR LACK THREE KEY THINGS IN IT FOOD OR SUPPLY CHAIN 1)PRIVATE FARMLAND ESTATE POLICIES 2)MANAGEMENT COMPANY 3)BROKER FIRM (AGRO PLATFORM) WHY DO I SAY SO IF U NOTICE NEW NOLLYWOOD THEY ENABLE TO FIX THEIR FOOD CHAIN 1)CINEMAS 2)DIRECTORS/PRODUCERS NOW IS EASY FOR GOVT TO FUND NEW NOLLYWOOD ND YOUTUBE NOLLYWOOD MUCH EASIER ND EFFECTIVE. THOUGH GOVT IS ALREADY FUNDING THE SECTOR THRU BANK OF INDUSTRY. BUT NOW IS EASIER WITH NETFLIX PRIME ND YOUTUBE . SO WHEN A SECTOR LIKE AGRIC SECTOR HAS A SHITTY SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEM IT SHOWS. EVEN THOUGH GOVT FUND IT. IT DOESNT IMPROVE. |

If that's the case, then North Central should have at least 5 more states and South West should have at least 3 more States. Let me not talk about North East. This is why I didn't for once buy into their Obi bullshlt.. It's all part of their plans to get an extra State carved out from South South region, take control of Lagos and Abuja and turn Nigeria upside down with lo0psided appointments. I wonder when Yoruba leaders will wake up and start placing tax on illegal migrants flocking into South West en masse. Very docile tribe. |

blacknp: Another trash talk. Please avoid discussions you have no knowledge about to avoid sounding....... For your info, I don't have a problem with her drinking beer but going against the principles and dictates of the bible by the manner in which she's going about it is what is not right. If you must drink do it in your closet away from the public. |
Education / Budget-friendly Travel Tips For Nigerian Students Abroad by hobyner(m): 1:01am |
Hey there! Planning a trip abroad as a Nigerian student can be super exciting, right? But let's be real, it can also be a bit daunting when you start thinking about the costs involved. Don't worry though, we've got some awesome tips to help you make the most of your international adventure without burning a hole in your wallet. So, first things first, research is key! Take some time to look into your destination and compare prices for flights, places to stay, and things to do. You'll be surprised at how much you can save just by doing a little digging. And speaking of savings, try to avoid traveling during peak seasons. Trust me, you'll find way better deals on flights, accommodation, and activities if you go during off-peak times. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the sights without battling hordes of tourists. Oh, and booking in advance is a total game-changer. Keep an eye out for early bird discounts and flash sales. Snagging those deals early can really save you some cash. And here's a pro tip: make the most of student discounts! Lots of attractions and transportation services offer discounted rates for students, so don't forget to flash your student ID whenever you can. Now, let's talk about food. Eating out can really eat into your budget (pun intended), so consider cooking your own meals whenever possible. Look for accommodation with kitchen facilities or hit up local markets for some budget-friendly groceries. And don't forget about getting around. Public transportation is your best friend when you're traveling on a budget. It's way cheaper than taxis, and you'll get to experience the local culture too. When it comes to souvenirs, it's easy to get carried away, but try to keep your spending in check. Look for meaningful souvenirs that won't break the bank, or better yet, opt for free or low-cost experiences instead. And finally, stay flexible! Being open to changing your plans based on price fluctuations can really pay off. Who knows, you might stumble upon some amazing last-minute deals. So there you have it, some practical tips to help you stretch your travel budget and have an amazing time abroad. Happy travels! Ogaonos:You ran away bah? Lol. All the questions I asked, you jacked out. Next time study the person you are dealing with before rushing to say what you don't know. Dangote has African specialists working for him. In fact, he was saved by a Kenyan during his tomato crisis. Israeli ya ya ya. You better look for someone good with the tropical weather. Let me educate you...The main Israeli vegetable seed and equipment company in Nigeria is Hazera with their specialists here at one time. Specialists from France outperform them here. Why? They created African farms managed by Africans. So ..that man from that desert understands your climate better. Dey play. You didn't even mention Thailand....Israel. lol. You are talking to a sustainability career person. You wan teach me agro-businesses. I was just smiling while reading your last message. I thought you wanted you discuss, but I see that you want show off. Show off with me? You will only wound yourself. You can't touch or answer anything I asked you. Ya ya ya ya ...Kenyans are cheap. Ya ya ya ya. They are good. Do you know how many projects I have been involved in with Kenyans. You know zero about agriculture. Just don't go there. He said Dangote employed Israeli. If I wooz you. nope....na professors from Iceland he brought to his farm. He even brought in beer talk to climatic issues. I give up. Goodbye. |

Just a good Christian fraudster encouraging people to seek God right? You would know a thing about fraudsters bring up God's name, wouldn't you? Btw, what fraud are you running today? reiddecuti: Didn't the same government come from the people? How many of us really hold our government to account? For example, we always assume that everything is rigged against us. How? What I do here most days is to offer suggestions to the government and criticize those who need criticism but never to talk down on the country. This is the country of my birth and I can only speak fruitfulness to it. Some of my suggestions are considered at the highest levels and that gives me hope that people are trying to make things better. Now, majority of those crying the most are those who have benefitted from a flawed system which those in charge are trying to correct. Someone said Binance operates in the US. I try not to argue with such people because they are completely ignorant about the heavy regulations these entities face in the US. They think the freedoms in Nigeria are guaranteed elsewhere. For example, the way we trade forex in Nigeria; I have not seen anywhere in the world such a thing is done. Maybe India. Until I go there sha. I see someone talking about jakpa. The first cultural shock they'd face is that they'd lose their freedoms and be forced to conform to rules and regulations. Because many of them wouldn't be able to, they end up in jail. You and I can project a positive image of the country. Once we unite in that, the government would fall in line. 1 Like |
