Bought mine for #110k in January and it's rated 2.5kw and 2.8kw max
The actual rating of the 1 he posted is 2.0kw, and 2.2kw max and it sells for around 85-90k.

I hear it’s not Copper coil, but my load isn’t much and i don’t plan of adding any more load in the near future.

It turns out that the the 20w50 Engine oil I've been using, iss below par and is the cause of the problem.
After replacing it with a SAE 40 oil, the sound is non-existent and my gen is now functioning very well.

The sound isn't quite loud but it occurs at like every 5 seconds interval.
N/b: The gen always turns on at the first attempt and I use it sparingly as well.
Could it still be the plug?

If you must use 20w50, I recommend you stick to Mobil, Total or Castrol products.

SAE 30 oil applies to the Nigerian environment. However, the oils are pricey so you might need to consider SAE 40 which is readily available.

I've been using 20w50SAE in mine for while now against the recommended 10w30, hope it won't damage my Gen in the long run? Also, can I replace it with SAE 40 when due?

Just bought this gen few days ago and I just learnt here that it uses an aluminium coil 😔. If I had discovered this thread earlier, I wouldn't have settled for it.

Please, how long do you think this gen can serve me b4 it eventually breaks down? Can the coil be replaced with copper should it fail or start giving me problems

Good evening house. I'm self learning machine learning with python but I recently got a scholarship to study cyber security at a computer training institute. Before now, I've seen someone who claims to be an ML Engineer + a pentester. He talked about how he was able to build ML models to carry out pentesting. I'm willing to follow his footsteps, but I don't really know how to go about it. Is there anyway I can balance learning Cyber security(Ethical Hacking) and Machine learning?

I just received the update for my RN7.

After reading the changelog, I won't recommend updating. Unless of course you can do away with split screen, Recent panel app shortcuts, floating windows etc. According to MIUI, these "unessential features" will become temporarily unavailable due to the necessity of major fixes and optimizations.

I updated my phone before reading the Changelog so I'm just gonna handle the device for some days and see if the so called new "optimisations" is worth it before reverting to 12.0.

This latest version 12.5 is a downgrade to 12.0!

please how I revert back to 12.0.1?? I'm fed up already!!

I downloaded the Rom from Miui update channel in Telegram and updated it manually.

I've done that, it didn't work. I guess the feature has been disabled.

I just updated my RN7 to miui 12.5. Omo this update is the best from Xiaomi so far. It's very fast, the animation is smooth, the display and performance is very much improved. The cons so far is the removal of navigation pill, the long press options when apps are minimized that enables you to lock,float windows or split screen is gone. I just they will release another update that will re-enable those features.

This is a good deal. Note 7pro processor is far superior to the note 7. Coupled with 6gb or ram and 128gb of storage. But yes, MTN 4G doesn't work on it. I don't know about Airtel but I know for sure Glo works on it. I feel Airtel should, they have a wide variety of bands.
