In your cases, they said it is 28 days. That suggests to me that they mean 7 days a week. That still amounts to 4 weeks.

I have not seen an annual leave in my 10 years of experience that exceeds one calendar month.

If you are insisting on having 28 week days as your leave excluding weekends, that means you will be away for one full month + one full week + 3 other days. That's excessive

The implication of this is that my contacts on the SIM2(Glo SIM), is not transferred to this phone.
I can't see them at all

Although, I can call and send SMS, I can't find my contacts and these are the messages it displays on switching on my phone.

Note: my husband doesn't have issues with his. We both use Redmi Note 9.

My phone cover and screen protector just got delivered now. Ordered from Aliexpress
