She should reduce food intake,& eat very little quantity of food 4 to 5 times daily, instead of very heavy & large meals 2 to 3 times a day.Stoping completely the intake of ice cream,burgers, white bread & butter,will be ok too.She should take more of protein,instead of starchy & fatty foods.Fruits are ok too, & to crown it all,going to the gym at least twice a week will be of good advantage. Well,it does'nt really matter whether u belive or not,all i can say is that,i said exactly what hapnd,got advice & consolatn from this forum,& now, i'v taken action.A friend of hers even told me that she's been dating that guy for over a year now.& told her dat d guy refuse to leave her alone.Even neigbours conferms it.That 5yrs old neice of mine is an angel, though slim,but lovely,she's every one's pet.Point of correction:That was'nt d day i arrived frm d states,i came back weeks b4 dat day. & that was'nt d 1st time i was visitn her either alone or with dat little girl.She even spent one full week with me wen i arrived,we went out shopping, clubing & just grooving arround town.It's just dat i was mearnt 2 be at Abuja on dat day,& i even promised her that i'll return 3days later,but on getn there,every thing workd faster than i thought & i decided 2 take d last flight back 2 lag d next day. Every one was so suprise & happy that they even wanted 2 send 4 her,but i told dem not 2 worry & that i'll suprise her later too.Then,on dressn 2 go out, my 5yr old neice jumped on me, wept on my shoulders & insist on going with me. No! Changing from fiancee to tenant is'nt necesary at all,inshort that'll be too dangerous. I've called off the wedding,& during the meeting that both families held as a result of the issue,i simply walked in there & told her openly befor every body that i'm giving her that day to 4pm the next day to move out of my house.& with that, i walked out of the gathering, they ran after me to beg,i entered my car & drove away.My dad told her to obey me & pack out,promisn her that she'll hav d house back as soon as d issue's resolved.But i kno that's just an empty promise since no one is resolving any issue, She's out of my house now.I just want to move on with my life since i can never trust her again.

Listen,i dont hav 2 cal 2 anounce my visitatn since it was mearnt to be a suprise visit.d house is'nt a family house,but one of my own bungalow buildns that i told her to live in,her parents are PH based.U can enter her room either through the passage directly outside or through the sittn room.If i was knockn on d door directly at d passage,then she'll be too scared of adjustin the windows as any sound may make me know that some one was in there.She cant jump up & off the light since it may either make a sound or perharps she forgot that the light was on.I never thought of peepn her room since every where was dark,& i also thought she must have locked d passage door frm insid & pass out through d sitn room.Just turnin 2 go wil make me face her window,& if d light came,den it was my luck, holdn her hand through d window is very easy since the switch she wanted 2 turn off was directly at d side of that window,i dont hav 2 push in my head,inshort! Thanks guys,she is'nt really anemic, she's gone through any of the medical test u can think of,but she's always negative,and doctors say that she's medically & physically fit.Dont mind us o, It's just that we thought she'll look like one of these kids with evidence of good living boldly writen on their body,but we were wrong. Though she's really very beautiful,sharp, and highly intelligent, U know,we're always scared that she may just break to pieces one day because of her stature, though she've proved us wrong so far,by always being so healthy that she can hardly feel even a minor headache. What could have made my 5yrs old neace to be as slim as that? .I got back from d states shortly b4 val to visit my elder sister who lives at VGC lagos, only to discover that their 5yrs old 1st child was a scary sight to behold.The worse of all is that,this girl is'nt even sick at all,she plays arround like every other kids,goes to school and all that, But we're all very worried!
