Funny clowns. Enugu state IGR of entire 2017 was 18 billion.

This 2018 they had a target of 2 billion per month but I don't think they met it.

Budget of 2019 is 109 billion with less than 25 Billion IGR. They are waiting on federal allocation and loans to finance the budget.

I've started saving some money bcoz I know that under "them" some of our huge revenue generating national assets will be sold in the name of public private partnership.

I hope they will sell Nigerian Port Authority or Nigerian Maritime Service Authority to me.
