The visa officer will use your application date to confirm your maintenance funds are sufficient as per study visa rules.

If you are sure of the conversion rate on the date of your application in this instance 21st August then you are absolutely fine

Please I have an issue that has been bothering me for a while now.

My school fees balance + POF is 19,057 pounds, my visa application date was August 21st and the OANDA rate on the 21st was approximately 496.4. If I calculate the naira equivalent using the visa application date, my POF should be N9,460,905.

I have about N9,800,000 in my account right now but I'm worried because I had 10, 200,000 before CAS was issued but I had some challenges that needed to be sorted out and I had no other way to source for funds, now the school said I should also add extra money to my account to account for currency fluctuation.

My biometrics is on Monday and I would be glad if these few questions can be answered here.

Does anyone know if this attached mail is a generic one they send to everyone before issuing CAS at University of Sunderland?
Is the ECO going to use my visa application date to calculate my POF?
Will my N9,800,000 be enough?
Am I worrying over nothing?

Once you fulfill all the conditions on your offer, your offer would be changed to unconditional offer when you’re being issued a CAS.

Walk-In allows you to pay about 42k to have you biometric before your appointment dates.

I really don't understand what "Walk in" means, kindly explain to me please. I'm going for priority visa because my resumption is supposed to be September19th.

I had a tourist visa refusal for the US in 2014 and the refusal letter was burnt along with some of my other properties at the time and now I don't know how to explain my reason for refusal.

Hello everyone,

I sent my POF to the school so I can receive CAS, the school gave me CAS but recommended that I should add some more money to my account before applying for visa. I told someone about my predicament and the person sent 500k into my POF account instead of my other account.

Hope this amount wouldn't be considered as lump sum when I print my bank statement today? It's just an extra amount, I already had my POF in that account already.

Please advise.

2. No one cares how you pay for your application. Just find a legal means to make the payment. So this option is absolutely fine

Simple error I won't be bothered

If you want to correct both address you will need to wait for a new CAS to be issued and pay for TB certificate correction

You also don't need an affidavit or cover letter for this

My opinion though

If the address was Olakunle Street Lagos and you put Aminu Street Abuja then that's a concern

This is just an error in mixing plots and blocks
