The rate at which young people are suffering from Kidney disease is alarming. I am sharing a post which can help us.

Ikekweremadu's daughter is currently battling with kidney disease which has led to his detention on the UK while trying to help her daughter get a kidney donor. Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease.
ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease.

*SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:*

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

For years, Evans gave tears to people. Kidnapping brought him fame and fortune. The words of Lucky Dube "crime does not pay" made no sense to him. His day of reckoning finally came. The table turned and Evans was arrested. He has never been the same. Now, the scales have fallen off his eyes. Now he appreciates that #crime does not pay. The #time for justice has come.

Evans is #depressed and in great #distress. A merciless dude who dished out # pains to others and # gained so much from same is feeling so much pains now.

In court few days ago, he broke down in # tears. His #fears were palpable. Evans may have misinterpreted the words of the scriptures. And Jesus told him... "I will make you fishers of men if you follow me"
for brother Evans, to be a fisher of men was to kidnap men for ransom. He did his fishing so well and his well of cash spilled over.

It was a distraught Evans in court. His T-shirt was ragging, his skin was like a Snake's , he tearfully told the judge that he was going through hell, going blind, that he had been kept on solitary confinement ,denied access to doctors and visitors, denied good food and that he faces untold bullying and maltreatment every day. Rhetorically,he asked "what have I done to you people" Evans cried! He wept buckets.

Evans shocked me! Was he expecting a red carpet reception in kirikiri? Was he expecting a replica of his Eko mansion?
Was he expecting hot meals from the best chefs in Lagos? What an irony!
A man who fed his billionaire victims with bread and water, half cooked noodles and raw pepper want a VIP treatment in prison. If our criminal justice system was not useless, Evans' trial would have been done and dusted by now and his execution would have been done and dusted too. If it were in South Africa, Evans case would have been different.

Brother Evans fell my hands! He reminded me of the notorious Lawrence Anini who cried like a baby when he was arrested. The cycle is complete now! I can now go to town with the fact that dare devil criminals are also the craziest cowards.
Whoever sees Evans shd tell him to accept his current fate with equanimity (calmness of mind) No condition is permanent. Because Nigeria is a banana republic, he could be discharged and acquitted very soon. Prison is a good place to write best selling books. Soyinka wrote
#TheManDied" while he was in solitary confinement, Nelson Mandela wrote a large part of #LongWalkToFreedom while in prison, Obasanjo wrote books in prison.....
