Bizzmetrics is an IT start-up firm into app development and sales. Our solutions help businesses across the value chain to save time and money. Our customers are mainly small to medium scale businesses

Due to expansion in our activities and having recently started direct sales, we are currently looking to engage Business Development Executives for various locations within Lagos. Applicants from areas like Ikeja/Ojodu ,Lekki / Ajah, Mowe Ibafo,Sango Ota,Isolo/Ilupeju and residents in areas with dense business or industrial presence are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Executives will be responsible for direct sales, marketing, promotion and provision of services to existing and potential Bizzmetrics customers.
Other responsibilities include but is not limited to:
• Prospecting for new potential clients
• Promote/Market and facilitate sale of Bizzmetrics apps at your location and environs.
• Track and ensure subscription payments and report daily activities via CRM
• Maintaining personal relationship with clients

Remuneration Package:
Basic pay of N30,000 monthly plus 5% sales commission on all successful transactions to be paid at the end of every month (ranging from NGN20,000 – NGN200,000 monthly based on the number of transactions made)

Working Hours:
Business Development Executives enjoy flexible working hours as long as they meet their daily targets .They must also maintain constant contact with the head office and report activities via their mobile CRM and keep a particular volume of transactions to beat their targets.

Requirements:
Successful applicants must have:

• A flare for direct sales and field marketing (this is not an office work)
• An interest in working for a finance institution
• Basic internet and computer knowledge (must possess an android phone or tablet)
• Relevant previous marketing experience (this will be an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work independently with minor or no supervision

Academic Qualifications:
An HND/University degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. However, OND/O’level certificate holders with relevant, marketing experience may apply
