I used Tobidam and I got to know them from this thread too. They are very efficient.I learnt French from beginning and was also prepared for TEF exam and I came out brilliantly then.They have their personal tips and strategies (also materials) dedicated to each module to make you ace the exam at first attempt. However, It is mainly a Live online school and you must get ready for serious hardwork and commitment as they are very strict on classworks, assignments and their mock prep exams.

How much for the classes? I tried checking online but couldn't get the price.

880 is the normal processing fee which takes 12 weeks or more. 880+600 is for priority processing which takes about two or three weeks if your documents are intact. I don't know about the 112, I'm guessing that's for onshore applicants.

M.Sc. Public Health is not starting fully this semester hence, the necessary information is not officially available right now. NOUN admission process for PG courses is now a bit hectic due to transcripts as part of requirement. I suggest you focus right now on securing the admission first. The programme will commence fully by next semester 2020_2 (around July/August).
