Driver

Summary

You are responsible for transporting clients and staff in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Your responsibilities include regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner

• Assisting with loading and offloading of staff luggage, products and materials.

• Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly

• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to, including local driving codes and internally agreed standards

• Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: including checks on oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.

• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.

• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions

• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

• Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance

• Providing accurate time record of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.

• Assist the Administrative Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration documents are updated accordingly and as at when due.



REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Driver
A valid driver’s license
Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
Knowledge of local roads and routes
Punctual and Reliable
A polite and professional disposition
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
Effective communication skills
Must reside on the Island and must be married.

Summary

You are expected to understand product needs and specification for clients and provide medical advice and clinical support accordingly. You are to contribute to the development of medical strategies and provide medical input where necessary.

Responsibilities
Consulting with clients to understand their product needs and specification and providing medical advice accordingly.
Conducting research into the testing, sales, and development of market penetrating strategies.
Contribute to the development of the medical component of the sales strategy, and develop a medical Plan for each assigned product, in support of the sales plans.
Diagnosing and reviewing conditions, such as asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema in relations to client’s need.
Diagnosing and interpreting pulmonological exams and test to aid in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases
Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in appropriate pulmonological areas, and assist in providing appropriate overall strategic and operational input to the brand
Performing various specialized procedures in order to understand client’s need
Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with clients, including comments, test and/or treatments prescribed, and test results
Referring client to cardiothoracic surgeons, when necessary.
Providing support and advice to clients during and after purchase of products
Train sales consultants regarding medical benefits of products when needed
Assist the sales team during sales presentations for clients, showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
Training the sales team when required.
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Represents the company at all time through a success-oriented and professional demeanor.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
At least one year experience in a similar role
Excellent understanding of products and benefits.

Responsibilities
Developing 2D and 3D architectural and interior designs and ensuring effective execution of designs
Develop concept designs using BIM tools
Establish design requirements for the site, its environment and end user culture
Actively seeking new designs and construction methods
Reviewing of documents for quality control evaluations
Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives, needs and budget
Work with the project manager and other team project members from the preliminary design and drawings stage to working drawing and execution
Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations or restorations
Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraint
Working with computer-aided design software to create blueprints and images
Participating in project management throughout the construction


Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or related field
Licensed by recognised Architectural Body in Nigeria (ARCON)
Minimum of 5 years experience
Proficient in standard industry software ; Revit Architecture, 3D max studio + VRAY Sketchup + VRAY, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign, MS Office packages ( Microsoft project inclusive)

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

SITE ENGINEER

Responsibiities
Oversee construction phases of projects and specify the materials needed
Manage construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, implementing variances and implementing corrective actions as approved by project director
Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadline, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
