For those that wrote the exam on Saturday, please how was it, can u give hints?

it was quite brain-tasking.... it is a standard aptitude test with only 17mins to answer each section. Time was the greatest enemy...the maths question covered almost every basics u can think of....fraction, sum of AP, decimal multiplication..and the likes.

The comprehension weren't so bad too...altho rather verbose, i believe anyone used to aptitude exams will find them cheap enough

The abstract section was tough for me. Its my Achilles heel, but i presume the experts did it well.

All in all. It was a rather fair exam. But the time given could have been better...cos even a genius would need more time to attempt all(except they dont expect u to answer all but want to test ur time management skills perhaps)

it's quite disappointing the manner in which the recruitment exercise has panned out. The HR should look into it, for a big name like UNILEVER, they should know better. Poor feedback system and several school boy mistakes using e-recruitment platforms has proven some companies should just stick with the Human handling manual way. At least, you know where u stand.

I wish everyone that are still in the process all the best. As many of those that dint get response mails from them, its not your fault in any way...other things will come, don't relent.

How soon after the game did you get feedback from them?

Hey guys,

I played game for R& D since Wednesday and got an initial mail from HR with the following:

"Thank you for completing Level 2 - our online games! We hope you enjoyed them. We also hope you found your feedback report useful.
We are currently reviewing your scores and will be in contact about the next steps soon.
Please take time to review your feedback report in detail as it has useful information about your strengths and development areas.
We will be in touch soon about the next steps
."

How long does it take to get feedback for video interview? I have monitored my spam and nothing new since then.

A WhatsApp beta update now allows messages to be revoked a whole 5 minutes after it has been sent. The update arrives for the for WhatsApp Web 0.2.4077 that basically works on improvements to do with the revoke feature. The feature however is turned off by default in Settings, so users will have to enable it to take advantage of the same.

What do you think?

High time WhatsApp did that! Something BBM has implemented since 1876!/

"I could not resist talking about this, early today. The number of registered churches in Nigeria is 23,216 according to the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Note that these churches have branches. There may be over 2,000,000 documented church branches in Nigeria. Add to this, all the Mosques and undocumented religious houses all over Nigeria, we may be talking of 5,000,000. It calls for concern. Our major business in Nigeria presently is religion or faith marketing. Yet this business is tax free and enjoy free entry. Juxtapose this with the production base in Nigeria, you will see why we are a poor nation with all forms of recession. Last year there are just slightly about 1000 manufacturing companies still hanging out there in Nigeria. Many of them are even threatening closure. Some of the old factory premises have been converted to churches and Mosques. It is sad. These companies who produce what we eat and use in this country pay tax and go through harrowing experience to do business. They cannot afford the limousines, luxury homes and private planes these faith leaders use, yet they are the ones that pay tax which we use to build roads that these faith preachers travel. We have got many things wrong in this country. Faith without work and expecting miracles is definitely a mirage. Time to have a personal relationship with God and focus on productive work. I am a Christian and a believer but I find it difficult to accept what is going on. The starting point is to bring all churches, mosques and religious houses to the tax bracket, tax religious organizations as we tax our companies. Give them tax deductions/benefits where they spend on charity as applied to businesses Nigeria.
According to one of my Wards whom I am proud to have mentored "Nigeria would have been such a great country to live in if the passion with which churches are created is the same way enterprises are established and industries developed by individuals. With this, meaningful and gainful employment would have become a thing of the past.
In a sharp departure from what I was thought in my home when I was growing up, I suddenly realized that nobody talks about industry and hard work anymore in Nigeria but miracle.
It is so painful that the teachings of hard work, honesty and industry have been replaced with the teachings of prosperity via a divine means in my dear country.
Professor Alan Rugman, of blessed memory, thought me at Henley Business School that key factors of economic growth in any country are the presence of viable industries and strong competition within the industries.
We must all imbibe the spirit of hard work, industry, patriotism and honesty for us to grow as a nation"
That is the view of one of the 24 young and promising Business Managers that I mentor. It is a food for thought as we start the new year."

Many zombies, sheeps, braind dead empty heads, wilful illerates and mumus will not agree or even understand the truth u have passed across. This is a beautiful writeup. Never mind the idiots that cherrypick sentiments when the truth slaps them in the face.

The code was suspended by the Federal Government in same 2016 just weeks after being released. Are these people actually oblivious of that? Or just looking for excuses. If you wanna chage your leadership, then do it without bringing the code into it.

Same code would have revolutionised the various industries in Nigeria and not just the Not-for-profit.

No mind them. All na scam. It's an excuse to port out of the mess they helped put the Nation in.

Majority of our youth especially those aspiring to get fame from showbiz are really dumb. Now that is the truth. Private organisations, NGOs wishing to organize these sort of thing should not deceive our youth by declaring them winners for fun. I think this is the best move I have seen. There is no real beauty without intelligence.
NGOs need to organize enlightenment campaigns across the country to inform youth of how mush education and personal learning is needed in life. All the girls at the contest I believe own smartphones yet cannot discover the world around them intelligently, when I was that young I used to visit local libraries to study and read other books than school books. Today there is a whole world in our palms but all the girls do is selfies, Facebook, Instagram, exposing pictures experts and they want to represent our society, how can they stand up against other smart counterparts around the world.
Thanks Ifeanyi, the truth they say is bitter. Next contest should have a better selection and screening for success.

how do I change from 3g to 2g I am using android

Head over to Settings menu and tap on ‘More..’. On tapping, you could find the option ‘Mobile networks’. On selecting this option you could find an option to enable or disable mobile data which means that you could use this path also to enable or disable mobile data in your android. Now to toggle between 2G and 3G networks, select the option “Preferred network type”. On selecting this option, you will get a pop-up with options which will let you switch between 2G and 3G networks.

Note: In few devices we will get a pop-up comprising of the options GSM, WCDMA and GSM/WCDMA. If you select GSM, you will be connected to 2G network. If you select WCDMA, you will be connected to 3G network. If you select GSM/WCDMA you will be either connected to 2G or 3G based on the signal strength. This is a preferable mode when compared to the other two.

The Bottomline is that if anyone says they don't want to be with you, then you have no business being with them. But if you say you must be with them, then expect trouble. Thats the way it has always been and will always be

Ur logic was a tad double stardard....although I sympathize with the plight of d SE and SS...u shouldn't force one into a marriage. But bruh, during the cocoa and groundnut era, d relationship was sweet.

Grassroot leaders in this area are the real problems air, they embezzle funds and manipulate the youths(lazy parasitic ones mostly). Develop yourselves...with what u get so u dont don't make a case when the tap runs dry.

In any 'ideal' nation...just like Scotland was mentioned. There are far better ways of splitting or registering displeasure without causing drama and sabotaging governance.

I really wish we put sentimenents aside... The movement is politically motivated or a cry for free amnesty money.
