What zone of the north do we need to submit CVs. I just called a friend that works with Intercontinental but he said I need to be specific about the zone. So is it North Centra, North West, North East or better still let me know the particular state
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Age Discrimination:why Do We Deceive Ourselves? (for Naija Graduates Only) by Uzokwe(m): 9:33am On Aug 24, 2007
It's just crazy that we descriminate. Being younger does not make anyone more productive. It's due to lack of jobs in Nigeria else such company policies would not have been in use. When you go into the web in search of jobs, you would discover that in advance countries, they don't use age limits. Even when the do, it would be like 40 to 50 yrs. They are more concerned about what you'v got to offer. Let's pray for more investors in the economy so that there would be enough jobs for us to catch even at 40 - 50 yrs.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Banks Employ Hnd Graduates? by Uzokwe(m): 2:50pm On Jul 25, 2007
The best thing to do is, if you have HND do not bank with them.  Advice your friends or relations that have HND or even have dependants that have HND to stop banking with any of those banks that descriminate against HND.  Try and convince everybody around you not to have anything to do with these banks.  By the time people start descriminating against them, I believe they will ask questions to know where they have flawed.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: First Bank Or Fidelity Bank: Which Do I Take? by Uzokwe(m): 9:06am On Jun 11, 2007
Hi Onmakpo,

If u consider the convenience as in location posted and they are same, you consider the kind of banker u wish to be. If u are the kind of banker that would like to move from one bank or the other so as to grow faster I would advice you take Fidelity but if you wouldn't like to jump from one bank or the other I believe First Bank is the best option. C O N G R T U L A T I O N S!
