I always wonder , with the amount of Nigerians that go to UK , how come you hardly spot blacks or Africans in UK football stands

The answer is simple … WORK ! WORK !! WORK !!! To pay bills …

You will always be a second class citizen and a mini slave in the west , some privileges are meant for dia citizens alone … smh

You really believe anyone can stop someone with bank CEOs as his friends from making withdrawal?!

Emefiele is obviously on to something sinister and bigger than vote buying
It will be hard for BAT to do vote buying with this CBN policy…

Remember vote buying doesn’t start and end in bourdillon alone … these monies needs to get distributed to various wards nationwide…(36 states)

And this cannot be done in a short period of time… it takes months

For example …If they transfer 5 million naira to me to share to voters in my local govt a day before election, how can I withdraw the money given this CBN policy.

Now , my question is … for those deceiving them they can study and work to pay dia fees and other expenses

How do they cope with 20hours per week job ?.

Coz max you can make is probably £800-£1,000.

Agents should stop deceiving these people .

The whole essence the UK introduced the 20hours per week work is just for student upkeep …

But trust Nigerians, they believe they can pay School fees and still send money back home on a student visa .

Your stay in the UK even after your studies is not guaranteed.

Una nor Dey hear word .

Once an average guy hears “School and Work” , he thinks he can build house from there grin

UK is better only for school purposes, there are cheaper schools there especially masters degree.
20hours per week as a student bah

Let’s say you get a job £10/hr

20hours x £10 = £200 per week

£200 x 4 weeks = £800 per month

Inside £800 per month , now deduct the following bills ,and assume what will be left …
*Rent
*Food
*Light
*Miscellaneous

Una nor Dey hear word , you can’t pay your fees and work at same time , 70% of Nigerians schooling dere still depend back home for support to pay up dia fees, talking from experience when my younger sis moved to Aberdeen, Scotland… she still depended on us back home to still tidy one or two bills over there.

lol. I have been reading your posts in particular with glee. Not surprising your continued grandstands, which is why I didn't bother to reply your last mention. I no fit dey convince color blind person say this car is blue and not purple.

But just for fun, I want to say KunleAra pharmacy in Ibadan here, opposite UCH, the MAN wey dey there na your contemporary age-wise. I won't even mention Fiolu in Ilorin, not even Matador in Akure. Much less pple like Pax in Anambra or Capino in PH. KunleAra alone is worth your total net worth X3 at least doing this same pharmacy business. E sure me die. I already looked you up a month or so ago. Kunle Ara alone don do. I no even need mention the idumota guys like Jubilee, or other Lagos big wigs in the pharmacy distribution business, wholesale or retail. Kunle Ara in this small Ibadan don do. Infact kunleAra sef seems like overkill. He has been in the business for over 20years. Mary Kay that is a little over 10 years old here sef will bench you easy. Twins pharmacy, apro and J -Apro in Ado-ekiti sef go bench you easy. Point is even without calling Lagos guys or Onitsha head bridge guys, or north guys where dey buy drugs like candy, these 'within the city guys' in SW alone, all the major pharmacies I sold to as a med rep, 99% of them have made and are still making more money than you have ever seen in your career to date. Argue it, doesn't change a thing. I no know the jazz wey go stop me from doing the pharmacy business. Before the end of 2023 God willing, if something I'm working on doesn't require my immediate presence in another country, I am coming into the business big time as a franchisee of a popular pharmacy name here in Ibadan, and by God I will join the list of those big wigs in 5-10years. Keep feeling special bros. Even those with houses in the US valued at 5m and above don't pontificate to be rich. They consider themselves average, up and coming...lol

Happy new year to you....and everyone!

Take a step back and look at the big things.

Over the last 8 years, businesses in Nigeria have struggled. I know that as I ran a business. Simple reason? The economy has been on a decline/stagnant.

The best time for business owners was 2000- 2013. That was simply because the Nigerian economy was growing.

The growth of the economy is the primary driver of business growth
Talk about the business you know .

Go to Idumota market, go and see the drug business… and see how businesses are booming…

Because you ran and failed in business, you think Nigeria businesses died 2013…

So people setting up businesses after 2013 are clowns bah…to even find shop today for lagos lsland na war (very hard)

Business is not for everyone, some people are destined to be flipping burgers at McDonald’s for 7 years before they can blow

Everyone destiny isn’t the same.
Japa isn’t for everyone.

Over 99.95% of Nigerians are POOR. Take it or leave it and it's mostly because most of what they use for modern life is IMPORTED, including petrol! So the reality is you earn naira and spend on dollar priced goods.

Again, most importantly, how many Nigerians earn that ₦‎200K per month? The best figure I know is 0.5% according to reputable surveys and by my own observation. What are the chances you're among them? A cousin of mine that teaches at a private elementary school in Owerri earns ₦‎17K, an Access Bank banker with 7 years experience that migrated to Houston in 2013 told me his salary was ₦‎150K.

Your ₦‎200,000 is $250 dollars or £200 It's practically NOTHING for even the poorest person in the UK/USA and only 0.5% of Nigerian workers earn that much. That about says it all, don't you think? The median income in the USA is $65,000 per year, meaning HALF of all families earn that and Nigerian immigrants are acknowledged as one of the better earning national groups in this country.

OK, someone earning £40,000 in the UK is poor, but Nigerians in that place still manage to send billions of dollars back to their relatives, they build houses, pay rent and health & education costs for their relatives.

That person earning £40,000 likely lives in an apartment with all basic amenities available 24 hours except in case of weather or disaster. Only 7% of Lagosians have that available to them. Low wage earners in the USA own cars, how many people own private car in Nigeria?

Even poor me that started out earning $3.50/hr in the USA, I managed within 7 years to build a house in Nigeria, buy car for my family and put myself through university with zero loan, I paid cash out of pocket.

The important thing is that only 0.5% of Nigerians earn the biggie ₦‎200K....not to talk of £20,000 per month grin You have nice dreams though.

Nigerians are POOR, they're suffering from debilitating poverty, that's why most people living in that country can't think straight. You're a perfect example. You and the other FAKE high earners in Nigeria are not worth discussing anything with. I believe what others have said on other threads - you're probably a frustrated university student or teen projecting their dreams.

I'm done indulging you. This is my last post to you and your kind.

This your talk is baseless …

The point we are trying to make is , people who earn a certain amount of money here really have no business dying to get a visa …

I find it weird , when I see people carry 8 million naira all in the name of doing visa (mostly student visa self)…

Where did that 8 million come from ?

I recently stumbled on a documentary on YouTube , where a white American lady in US lamented despite her earning $2,000 monthly , she’s homeless and lives in her car with her daughter.

Very pathetic.

Nothing wrong with paying to have clean running water in your home with flushing toilets and to have the sewage taken away instantly. I am sure many Nigerians in Nigeria would rather pay for this service than to invest in water tankers in the home and to constantly pay Mallams to fether water or have to physically fetch water themselves on a daily basis.
