Please gurus that have done the mock test.

Is it true that the mock test is actually harder than the real official test?

Number to call is +27124236203, when my agent checked my immiaccount, it showed finalised, but no decision as in letter to confirm if the application was successful or not, my agent has mailed back for corresponding response from them, I beg, i m already planing to contact the school for my money, can u imagine they asked for 2 additional docUments, Place of work document and another I can't remember for now, After submission you also told me to Upload a new COE, the most annoying thing is that so many opportunities have Lost and time waisted as well.

You can know your status through vevo follow this link and enter your details.

When I tried paying online using my debit card, I didn't succeed and my account wasn't blocked. Not sure what transpired between your agent and Pearson. As for the glitches you're currently bedevilled with, write to Pearson (Email), explain to them that you've been unable to resolve the issue from your own end, they should be able to give you alternatives, tell them what you were told at the centre you went to for payment. Cheers..

Pls what was the alternative giving to you. I have sent you pm

Guru in the house please help. My account has been blocked for over 2 weeks because the agent that registered for me used Nigerian credit card so the payment was declined without telling me not until i wanted to login to get my result before I noticed my account has been blocked. I contacted pte customer care. The said i have to pay in cash in my nearest location before the restriction can be removed. I went to where I wrote the test they said if the restriction is not removed, nothing can be done. Pls has anybody experienced this and if you have please how can i tackle such situation. Thanks

Hey guys! Is there anyone here who has transferred to a masters of nursing program (one with accreditation and upon graduation would be eligible to become a registered nurse). I'm looking for universities with affordable tuition fees and good location, in terms of jobs. All the ones I've seen are quite expensive (university of Queensland, university of Sydney and Monash university). Thanks
Hello bro, how is life at Macquarie. I sent u pm

One of their several reasons was my age and that i was young and since my sister already has PR it will discourage me from coming back to Nigeria after my studies since i have just my immediate family here in Nigeria.

And secondly that i could always study my proposed course in Nigeria, my proposed course was Diploma in Entrepreneur.

this was the main reasons among others tho.

Applicant is young that means s/he is between 18-24. Immediate family could be your parents and siblings not necessarily mean you are married though it could be your spouse or children too.

In my opinion, when re applying you need to put up a strong and convincing SOP to let the CO know the reason why you want to study your intended program in Australia and not in Nigeria and also show something that will serve as a strong tie to your country which could be inform of land procurement, future employment etc, just to let them know you have something waiting for you in Nigeria after your studies.

Winners never quit and quitters never win.

Hello all, I am just going through this trend. I submitted my Study permit application August 2017.However, in the place where "have you been rejected before" i filled in NO.
When i told my mum about the progress of my application and questions asked in the application she said the Family has been rejected before when i was 12-13 years old. However,it was due to not displaying family photos in the US embassey. But on the second re-application we were given the US VISA.From 12 years old to my present age i have traveled to the US about 6 times and i still have a Valid Visa that i scanned as part of my travel history.
The issue now is when i was reading through the trend i saw a case like mine@abiodunne and i am afraid right now cos i picked NO i haven't been rejected. My parents never told me of the rejection till i was gisting them about the application.
Although i am waiting for a response yet from CIC.

In my opinion, I think since u have travelled about 6 times to the US, u were young and not the principal applicant when you were refused. Fear not cos they might not even ask, and if they do just explain the way you did here.

I was denied 2008 and 2010 funny enough CIC gave me the years correctly on the mail they sent to me regarding that, i replied it was an honest oversight. Probably that's why I wasn't banned(can't say tho)

Pls, did u declare you were denied US visa in the first and second application?

Yes, got admitted in Victoria University, Melbourne to do Master of Engineering (Telecommunications)

Wow, getting grant is becoming tougher. I think if u applied with more than enough SOA like 2x or 3x the amount embassy needed for 1yr expenses from ur sponsor, u can still appeal

My brother in law and the wife are Australian citizens and their SOA was properly scrutinized and approved by Australian immigration office before our submission.
Are you saying that doesn't count as well?

Did u apply with master degree?

Quick question: While my wife is doing her MPH, is it possible that she also starts processing PR while studying? Please take into consideration that while I have an engineering degree and experience, she also has a medical degree from ukraine and is younger than me, so more points on the age front to start with and I believe a medical general practicioner will have better chances for state/region nomination. Am I thinking right

She must complete her studies and also gain aleast a year experience before she can apply for pr

Nothing wrong in studying a course like MPH. Especially if that's what you really like and you have the funds. But after 2 years study, what next? Go back to Nigeria to start applying for jobs?

If your long term plan is PR, the MPH doesn't help in anyway. You still have to fall back to an Engineering Bachelor's degree or any other degree that can give a skill assessment.

How about 2years post graduate work permit? And also remember mph is broad. With Mph u can work as epidemiologist, biostatistician, health promotion officer, evinronmental health officer etc. one of these can be on that list.

Are you currently living in the country?

Stop misinforming people. I am not sure you understand occupational ceiling.

@yeyen004,

Why work with a probability when you have a certainty?

You guys probably think it is that easy working and studying and raising money for school fees. It is doable but at which cost? Why mount unnecessary pressure on yourself when you can make your life easier.

There are many students here who regrets not coming on PR.

Most occupations on that list are not certain and can't stand test of time except Engineering, nursing and medical related occupations . So if you are not in those lines, then you have to work with probability.
