Doesn't say the bank names should match (except you could share a screenshot where they stated this).

I have provided several Bank accounts including my Domiciliary Account, Payoneer & Grey Bank accounts, but they rejected all.
I would have gone for your offer to use your Bank Account but they still said the name on the Bank Account must match my name.
This is just one of the bad side of being a Nigerian or living in Nigeria.

Have you tried linking your grey USD account? I used it recently with them.

What if the domain has been pushed to the buyer and requested a refund and refuses to re-release the funds, or there is no way of initiating the transaction on Dan after Dan has pushed the domain to the buyer? Also, the buyer would have initiated fund release on escrow website, so going back to request for refund might be impossible. The way out is to have access to someone higher up the chain in the organisation and send a detailed email explaining the situation of things. Such person could be head of operations and they can be found on LinkedIn.

Oh. I see where the issue is now. Don't select Nigeria as the country. Select USA instead, then fill in your grey USD details. The transfer is free and you won't be charged any fee for disbursement. This was exactly what I used for the transaction I did with them.

The buyer already received the domain and that's why the fund is ready to be disbursed. He'll be able to pull out his money without any stress with Grey USD

I once did it,you will need to go to Zenith and fill a form before they would swap it which takes time,but Access Bank would swap it automatically.The best thing you can do is open Grey or Geepay,send it from Payoneer and swap there before sending the naira to your Bank account.

In online transactions, the name in the payment information on Es:crow's website or any other payment website must be the same name with the bank the person intends to send it to... they don't have to state it in terms and condition.. it is an un-written rule in most online transactions.

Yeah, it's working but they will charge you a cross-border fee. If you must use it, make sure you do all the domain registration or transfer you intend to do in one piece. If you do it individually you will incur more cross-border charges.
