The Japanese had conquered most of pacific even up to Australia and China

There was no way the Soviet union would have open a new front in the pacific when they had their hands full by the NAZI Germany.

The bombings of Japan had already made the Japanese to sue for Peace
They had even ask the Stalin to Help them broker Peace with the USA
Stalin ATTACK the island because he knew the Japanese had know more fight in them and was in the brink of surrendering.

If Soviet entry is not needed, Truman and other western allies won't be begging for Soviet entry even agreeing to Soviet demand of expansion in the East.

There's no where in my response that I included Soviet fighting on two front, they're already facing the German with other numerous axis army in the European front. What's the usefulness of the other allied forces if they can't face Japan in the Pacific??..

Infact, it was the other allied countries that were begging Soviet to enter the Pacific war.

Hope you know Japan was ready to part away with some of it territory in exchange for Soviet negotiated surrender?. So what territory did the Soviet need that they can't get when negotiating?.

I don't agree with you labelling Stalin a greedy man.. Either way you look at it, Soviet will still get those land, either through negotiated surrender or conquering.
