Why the threat?

Billyonaire: I watched a documentary on the performance of Gombe State government and the engagements of jobless youths, something like what lagos state is doing by formation of Lastma. Those youth in Gombe State numbering over 10,000 ore more are jobless, not learning skills, not able to even read or write. They could not even say "come" in English...I was scared to my bone marrow, if North is like that... There is fire on the mountain, I just wish their state government engage them and teach the parents to stop giving birth to kids for now, and train the ones they have. Extreme backwardness in the North caused by their parents, leaders, et all.

Thats jst the tip of the iceberg. Am currently serving in the North, the level of human development is xtremely low.
