But it has ram -powering problem for 25k(negotiable) or to swap with PS3 or Xbox 360

My laptop is charging but not powering
When I plug it, the charging port will lit up to indicate that it is charging, but it won't power up

I tried removing and putting the ram back
But it's still not powering up

Please help me out

I used the laptop to play game last night...so i switched it off and remove the ba3
But this evening i came back but the laptop is no longer booting..but when i plugged it, the charging port lit up to indicate that it was charging,but it still won't power up

Please help me
