Online business is still viable in Nigeria, the downside is the suspicion and apprehension surrounding online transactions couple with the phenomenon of the activities of data theft and fraudsters.

I don't sell online but I buy stuff online. I only buy from the popular sites like konga and deal dey.I never fit risk am with all this small small sites.

The major challenges are support (Quality Internet services vs cost,Enlightenment and marketing ,Technical support,Human resources),service delivery,customer relationship management and fear of scammers.

I live in the future of Nigeria and I can tell you that online business is still at a premature stage back home. That's a big business opportunity!

Lots of businesses will only survive with online presence in years to come.

It is still working because I went to work and I am yet to close as Konga dey Yakata and Jumia own wan Black. Nairaland own too dey there.
