INECS presence is important

paying revenue without the presence of government in the community is like a local man pouring water into a basket , hoping with the depth of his foolishness he can save those drops .

That's your opinion. But the example I presented perfectly fits the situation. The people of Syria have suffered for close to 15 years. Their lives have been hell. I understand why a kind hearted American president will choose peace even if the president of Syria isn't his first choice.
But then rather than only criticizing, let's listen to your alternative solution. How should Trump handle Syria and it's president?
Should he increase the sanctions, go to war or find a way to peace?

what caused the syrian war and whats US interest in it? will giving a country to a terrorist bring peace? will syria not be another terrorist breeding ground?

Making peace with an enemy is never a shameful thing. It did not begin with Trump and many more wise leaders would go on to make peace with their enemies.
We did it in Nigeria remember. Ojukwu the Biafran leader had all charges of treason dropped. That is how peace is forged.

Adding more to defence budget is what they want and has kept on increasing yearly. Nigeria is not a text book case.
What Nigeria need now is native intelligence.A quick thinking practical approach that has to sideline constitution. Are you aware you have to settle legislators before important bills sails through?

And the funny thing is that the electoral/party constitution and environment we have now won't even make them stand the chance of winning in any presidential election.

revision of the constitution...there are laws that do not reflect nigeria situations . example the recent police act and tax reform bills both were given to nigeria. to stop the killings i will invest more in defense budget. just a few
