The government couldn't provide us water, what did citizens do? They provided alternatives (well and borehole) for themselves.

Same government can't provide adequate electricity, what did citizens do? They provided alternatives.

Now that this same government can't provide adequate waste management, we need to find alternatives.

For some, they resort to burning their waste, some get waste disposal bins, kept at their gates for Waste Mgt officials.

While I'm not absolving the government of it's responsibility, I need you to note that I'm also not casting the bulk of government responsibility on private individuals.

But to avoid unwarranted situations like this man has found himself, taking any of the measures above would be a wise decision.

Good. I only feel that Government should handle at least one out of many they've systematically delegated to its citizens.If not so,what's the need for elections,what's the need for taxation.
