No it means that you’ll be purposely repeating something in your mind. Some words or phrases like “I am blessed” or “I am happy” or “God has great plans for me”

Then depending on which type of meditation you are practising, you’ll eventually see some change in your thinking pattern. Maybe better concentration, or less stress..

The body, mind, spirit and soul are all connected, so you’re using your brain to hack into those other ones and clear the negativity that must have been built up from past experiences.

the most common in Nigeria is Christian/ Catholic / Islamic (thikr) mediation … then there are other modern mindfulness techniques from Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza and co (you can check them out on YouTube).

There is another called transcendental Meditation that is highly effective but a bit costly to learn… I think somebody wrote about it on Nairaland here.

Not true, the love of a woman ( especially a naive, unexposed and innocent one) is genuine, pure, real and unhidden. It usually looks like women moved on easily because, those period you people were having repeated issues/quarrels, especially when she kept on emphasising on what you do that she hates but no changes or your on and off break ups and make ups, she was already detached emotionally. If the man is observant enough, he will notice the changes in her behaviour, which most usually ignores, during that period she has moved on already ,though she's still available in the relationship physically, you discuss, go out etc. Now when the cat is finally let loose and the break up is announced, the guy is heart broken and just trying to move on, but it is the opposite for the other gender. She was already long gone. Women are truly emotional beings.
