Most people mixed things up when it comes to machines that is us for drying different food stuff.
You hear people saying, oven, fish smoker, dryer, dehydrator etc
But because most people don't want to pay money for training on the business that they want to do, they end up buying what is not needed or what is not effective for their business.
If you want to dry stuffs and you are interested in retaining nutritional value & color of the products then what you need is a good dryer or dehydrator unit.
There are two types of Dryers
Direct heat Dryer
Indirect heat Dryer

A good dryer must have
1) Rack section
2) Heat Exchanger unit
3) Mechanical or Natural Blower unit

A dryer can be
1) Gas operated heat source
2) Charcoal operated heat source
3) Firewood operated heat source
4) Electric element operated heat source

Dryers can also be
1) Cool air system of drying
Let me explain a little bit.
During harmattan, you notice that people dehydrate by urinating frequently, clothes dry faster and last longer yet not sunshine
Once the humidity is low , dryness set in .

Dryness is a function of
1) Temperature
2) Humidity
3) T........

Good day
Don't buy oven when you need dryer
Always ask the seller to tell you the difference between oven & dryer

Oven will always cook whatever you put inside it
Oven is always a direct heat application that is the item is subjected to flame from a distance of a truth it will takeaway moisture but it will certainly cook it .

If you're in need of both oven or dryer please contact Engr Gbenga from Ibadan on WhatsApp 08120528950 or call 08136650972
Thank you
Most ovekn may not need full lagging

Oven can be charcoal, gasor electric operated heat source

Oven are cheaper than dryer

Dryer or dehydrator is a must tool or machine that every food processor must have infact most home & farm need to have it
If you like it or not you will forever have need to preserve food items for future use.
Most food items are cheap in raw state but the moment it is preserve by drying it surely it will be costly .
I will like to go into a series of trainings on different businesses that one can do or go into using either dryer and dehydrator.
For further information or purchase of Dryers and Dehydrator call Engr Gbenga from Ibadan Oyo State on 08136650972 or WhatsApp 08120528950 .

This is a much needed tech in our agro-processing.
A quarter of harvests gets wasted from studies and this can help reduce that.

Drying is technical & not as simple as just putting things under the sun to dry.
So if you want quality drying, nutrients retaining & maintenance & natural color of the end product then your best bet is a good dryer or dehydrator unit not an oven or smoking Kline.
The dryer must have 3 sections
a . Heat Exchanger unit
b. Drying chamber
c. Burner/element section

It should use 3 physic principles
a. Conduction
b. Convection
c. Radiation
