Almost all the ingredients used for making this oil are gotten from local sources. Why it is still very expensive as these prices show is an act of the wickedness in Nigerians. We are our own problem in this country, it seems everyone is competing for the trophy of the "Most wicked"

Is there any one you produced? And if you don't have, you don't have any right to complain.

Do you know what it cost to harvest each head of palm fruit from its tree?

Do you also know the cost of diesel used to produce a gallon of Red oil? For those using machine and for those using manual what it takes to hire them labourer? Or you just want to talking.

Story story story, every Nigerian has a reason to give just to defend wickedness and greed. It is only in Nigeria that imported products are far cheaper than locally produced ones.

the cold reality of economics does not bow down to emotions and sentiments, this is a classic case of the law of supply and demand, during the peak palm harvesting period from may/July the prices are cheap because of excess production and supply, but from September/January the prices are high due to low harvest and very low production creating a natural scarcity in the market driving up the prices, during the peak period this year one keg was sold for #20-22k in my area but now it is moving to #60k,that is why palm oil is a good material for storage investment,I started my hustle in an oil mill in 1994 and worked there for 3 years before moving ahead
