I want to invest in cassava cultivation, and also maize farming, if you have little experience on this and you are living in delta state or environ, mention me let's discuss privately towards it.

Why not go for Plaintain farming instead... Plaintain is very easy and affordable to farm...but sells like hot cake...one good big bunch can fetch you between 8 to 10k down here...l can help you run it sir if you're interested

Plantain will be okay if I have my own land, cause I intend to rent a land.

How do you see it?

To be honest with you sir...l think Plaintain is simply the best whether you own or rent a land...you know why? Cus it's quite easy to farm and sell... infact, l know markets down here where even if you bring in a truck of bunches of Plaintains on the market days...Market women who serve as middle men will rush you and buy the Plaintains finish straight from the truck...cus Plaintains will forever remain a hot cake compared to say cassava and maize wey full everywhere....so check well sir...you can even combine Plaintains and cassava...but you see that Maize? It isn't that profitable and him wahala dey too much...Anyways, l'm always available to work with you sir....

Why not consider pig farming? With an investment in quality pig breeds, you could see significant returns within just 8 months.
