Four things to know about our special dwarf coconut seedlings.

1. It is dwarf in nature: You can even sut down and harvest it. So no risk or danger to buildings due to height.

2. It starts fruiting in three years: Plant today and wait for just three years to start harvesting.

3. Produces up to 150 heads annually: Each year you can boast of a minimum of 150 heads of coconut from each tree. I bought one small coconut 1k yesterday.

4. Can produce for 30 - 50 years: Once it starts fruiting in the third year, it can continue to produce optimally for the next 30 - 50 years.

Imagine having 200 stands of this as a retirement plan?
