What is the process flow of the wood crushing production line?
When starting up the wood shredder, the operator must wear complete labor equipment to ensure the safety of personnel. Safety production is the top priority.
When everything is ready, check again to see if there are any missing items.
After starting up, let the device idle for a few minutes to prevent foreign objects from appearing in the crushing chamber. At the same time, it can prolong the service life of our shredder and improve equipment efficiency.
When cutting materials, a simple classification should be carried out based on their dryness and hardness. The materials should be processed in batches to ensure that they are not mixed and facilitate further processing and production.
After each production is completed, the shredder equipment should be cleaned to remove any incomplete shredder materials from the material warehouse. At the same time, the surrounding environment of the equipment should be cleaned. The wood shredder should ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
Maintenance and upkeep of wood shredder:
Due to long-term operation, the bearings in the shaft need to be lubricated with grease. If the machine runs for a long time, it needs to be lubricated twice more, otherwise the bearings will heat up and easily break down, affecting normal operation. After using the triangular belt for a period of time, the tightness should be readjusted. It is advisable to press the middle of the belt with your fingers and lower it by 6–10mm.
