Good morning Farmers... I am in serious need of help for my goat. I stated goat business recently, I got a one male and two females. They have been together for over a month or two now. Things I noticed was that the male is allow fighting the females instead of doing what I bought it for... again, I noticed that he is becoming lean, mucus on the eye, shivering and the skin is like peeling off though it's eating. Please, help me ooo.

Your goat is obviously sick. Call a vet to take care of it as it seems you don't know much about them yourself. Kindly do so quickly before it worsens, and endeavour to treat the others too.

Is there diarrhea and apart from the mucus from the eyes is there mucus from the nose too? If you provide the answers I'll be able to provide possible solution for you. Most of the goat diseases symptoms are similar. I noticed they are WAD so they rarely get infected with PPR virus.

Secondly, separate the male from the females, introduce the females to the male pen or any where you intend keeping it only when they are on heat except you are practicing extensive farming.
