Worker theft is very serious and very rampant.

Last year I stopped all plantain farming because of excessive theft of plantain bunches in the field.

Before the plantain is matured enough for harvest, it would have been stolen, and that is the end for that plantain stand. Why should I spend money to nurture plantain for 1 year and some idiots just steal it in one night?
