I got an offer for about N500k per acre in Iseyin side.

For those in that area is it a reasonable price for about 35 acres or land or am I about to be scammed.

I'm an estate agent and land speculator the above price tag is okay for the location and you are not getting scammed, but kindly do your search and assessment before paying. Find out if land not under acquisition from oyo state land ministry.

I have a brother looking into that so far so good the r surveyor is saying it's good is there any lawyer based in oyo state on mairaland the does the contract for land buyers here.

It seems like the scams on here has made it difficult to get good help

On the surface, 500k per acre sounds high but there are other factors eg is it along the express or tarred road, what level of documentation does it have?

Not too far from express, having a road with right of way is good enough.

Documentation is just paper, there is a survey that have sejjer name.

What else is needed?

The price is okay and very decent for the location but I advise you to do your due diligence

If it isby the express or close to it then 500k is fine.
By documentation I meant what the vendors are presenting to you and no,it is not "just paper".

If the land is along express it's a good deal to some reasonable extent. But nevertheless there are other factors to consider. Is it not a dispute land, how well do you know the people in charge of the land. and the rest.

As of 2011 when I served, we were offered an acre for 60k.

Which was about $500 then
I was offered for a whole lot less in Gungul Benue state when I did my NYSC
