I have a secured parcel of farmland located at Onidoko, Omi-Adio. Perfect for someone close to the Apata or Akala area. But it is a bit of a stretch for anyone living in the city centre with existing water facilities, including a functional well and water storage.

Last year I planted EWEDU seed, which profited about N8 million after harvest. I intend to enter into a co-planting arrangement with a serious and responsible young farmer who has a genuine interest in agriculture. This notice is to make it clear that:

The land, well, and water storage remain my property and are not for sale and not for lease, except strictly for the agreed co-planting purpose.

Any person wishing to partner with me for co-planting must first:

Meet with me in person for verification.

Agree on the specific crop(s), planting season, and duration.

Sign a written agreement covering cost sharing, labour, inputs, profit sharing, and dispute resolution.

No person is permitted to occupy, sublet, sell, mortgage, or otherwise transact with this land or its facilities without my written consent.

Any investments (seedlings, fertiliser, labour, etc.) brought in by the co-planting partner must be documented in writing and acknowledged by both parties.

If the co-planting partner abandons the project, violates the agreement, or engages in illegal activities, I reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and take back full possession of the land.
