Here is the reality:

Years 0–4: Grow the trees. No returns.
Years 5–7: Inoculation and resin formation.
Years 8–15: Harvest, depending on growth, resin development and market requirements.

The opportunity is significant, but so are the risks. Genetics, land, management, inoculation technique and processing can determine whether the numbers work.

So don't plant 10,000 trees because someone showed you a dollar figure.

Start with a small plot. Learn. Measure. Document. Scale.

Nigeria has areas with suitable conditions, but the industry still needs reliable seedlings, technical expertise and credible buyers.

I ask, how many decades does a man have that they'll use one of them investing blindly only for him to be told at the end of the circle that third world country rates are different for these things? Better to invest in palm oil trees, there isn't enough for global demand as it is and there's zero discrimination there

There is global demand for this. We have the best specie at our farm in ota, ogun state.
