As we scale our operations, retail grocery fulfillment, and corporate B2B supply channels, we are looking for two visionary, high-execution Business Partners to join our leadership team as co-builders:

💼 1. Head of Business Development & Marketing
The Focus: Brand growth, revenue expansion, and market dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute strategy to acquire B2B corporate supply clients (hotels, restaurants, institutions) and retail subscription households.

Drive brand visibility, digital marketing campaigns, and growth channels across Nigeria.

Build and manage high-performing sales pipelines and strategic corporate partnerships.

🌾 2. Head of Procurement
The Focus: Direct farmer sourcing, supply chain efficiency, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Scale our direct farm-to-table aggregator model across key farming regions.

Negotiate and manage supplier relationships across fresh produce, grains, and food essentials.

Optimize quality assurance, inventory management, and logistics to ensure zero-compromise freshness.

🎁 Reward & Compensation
Equity Share / Co-Founder Stake: This is a strategic partnership position compensated through a percentage share in the company’s equity.

You will hold ownership in a fast-growing, high-demand agritech and food logistics enterprise.
