URGENT PROPERTY SEARCH — AKURE / ONDO TOWN

Good day.

I am looking to rent a large warehouse or a bungalow with a spacious, preferably fenced compound in either Akure City or Ondo Town, Ondo State.

My requirements are:

Annual rent budget: ₦2,000,000–₦5,000,000.
Space to accommodate approximately 3–5 articulated trailers.
Easy entry, turning and exit for trailers.
Close to a major tarred road.
Suitable for commercial or industrial operations.

A warehouse with a large yard or a bungalow with substantial open compound space will be acceptable.

Please send me any available properties that match these requirements, including photographs or videos, the exact location, annual rent, compound size, gate width and the agent's inspection arrangements.

Please prioritise properties that can accommodate articulated trailers, not just ordinary trucks.

Thank you.
