Direct Sales Agents (Seller Onboarding)

About Pickknow
Pickknow is an e-commerce platform that connects sellers with buyers. We are hiring energetic, honest, and target-driven Field Heros (FHs) to onboard new sellers into our platform and teach them how to list their products and start selling. This is a structured career opportunity: perform well and move from probation to confirmed Field Hero to full staff of PICKKNOW.

Role Summary
Job Title: Field Hero (FH)
Employment Type: Full-time basis with 3-month probation and a clear path to full staff

Reports To: Location Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers (shop owners and traders) within your assigned location.
• Explain how the Pickknow platform works, including fees, payments, and delivery, clearly and honestly
• Register sellers and collect complete and accurate registration and KYC documents..
• Follow up to make sure onboarded sellers keep listing and selling, and escalate issues to the supervisor
• Meet the agreed seller onboarding target
• Submit daily activity reports (sellers onboarded and leads contacted)
• Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
• Minimum of BSC/HND, OND, or NCE with strong credits (higher qualification is an advantage)
• Good communication and training skills in English; Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, or Pidgin is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the markets and traders in the target location (Ikeja/Oshodi or Trade Fair/Alaba)
• Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and the internet, and able to teach these skills to others
• Ability to work in the field and meet daily and weekly targets
• Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Own smartphone with data for daily reporting
• Experience in sales, marketing, trading, or e-commerce is an advantage but not compulsory
